These Terms & Conditions govern your booking and participation in our summer camps.

Terms & Conditions - Creative Science Summer Camps in Vienna

2. Service
Creative Science provides educational summer camps in Vienna for children aged 7–14, as described on the website.

3. Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed upon successful payment via Stripe.
All prices are in EUR and include VAT.
Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

4. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers – EU)
Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts.
However, this right may not apply if the service is provided on a specific date or period (e.g. camp bookings), in accordance with applicable law.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Bookings are binding.
Refunds are not guaranteed and remain at the sole discretion of the organizer.
If the organizer cancels a camp, a full refund will be issued.
The organizer is not responsible for any additional costs (e.g. travel, accommodation).

6. Participation & Responsibility
Parents/guardians confirm that the child is fit to participate and provide relevant medical or behavioral information.
The organizer may exclude participants for unsafe or inappropriate behavior without refund.

7. Liability
Participation is at the participant’s own risk.
The organizer is liable only for damages caused by intent or gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Program Changes & Force Majeure
The organizer may make reasonable changes to the program, schedule, or location.
No liability is assumed for events beyond reasonable control (e.g. weather, illness, government restrictions, force majeure).

9. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR).

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
